RIDA UNITY CAP Bac is a multiplex real-time RT-PCR test used on the RIDA UNITY platform to detect and differentiate Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila, and Mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA in untreated BAL fluid.
